American Coolair Corp. Adds Punching Machines to Increase Production

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Oct. 15, 2014) — American Coolair Corp. has purchased new manufacturing equipment to maximize production in order to meet
increasing demand for its agriculture and commercial fans.

American Coolair added two Trumpf Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) punching machines to its production center. The punching machines are used to create all sheet metal parts.

The TRUMPF TruPunch 5000 punching machines enable efficient and high-quality punching and nibbling in shaping sheet metal and steel for manufacturing Coolair fans.

The punching machines make it easy to punch metals with a thickness of up to 8 millimeters. With a stroke rate of up to 1,400 strokes per minute, the TruPunch 5000 is the most productive punching machine in the world.
